How long is my commitment?
There is no commitment on your part after the first month. You may terminate at any time. If you decide to terminate for any reason we will send a copy of your data to you.

Can I print at my location?
Absolutely. There are very few printers that are not compatible with this environment. In any case we will determine the compatiblity of your printers before we setup your server.

What if I need my software installed or upgraded?
That's all included at no additional charge. Even if your primary software vendor upgrades your software every month, we install the upgrades free.

How often is my server backed up?
Your server is constantly backed up in real time. Additionally it is backed up again every day.

Can I get a copy of my data?
Anytime you want. You can download small chunks of your data anytime or we will send you a complete backup anytime you ask. There may be a nominal media charge for backups we send to you.

What about security?
Our servers are housed in a secure data center. For security reasons, we do not reveal the location. A copy of your server and it's data are also stored in yet another location. Of course the servers are firwall protected.

What if I lose my internet connection?
If you cannot connct to the internet, we will intervene at no charge. We will work with you and your provider to restore your service.

What happens when I grow out of my server?
If you add users to the point that your performance appreciably suffers, we will upgrade your server at no additional charge.

Can I use my existing PC's?
Yes. All Windows based PC's can act as remote terminals and virtually all XP based PC's already have the software installed. Otherwise the software is provided free.
